Sad news to share from Shaare Zedek Medical Center Jerusalem this morning.
At around 7:30 this morning (Israel Time), Shaare Zedek Medical Center received five victims from an explosion that occurred at the entrance to Jerusalem.
Two of the patients were admitted in critical condition and sadly one passed away after extensive resuscitation attempts in the field and upon arrival in the hospital. The remaining three patients admitted are being treated for light to moderate wounds and undergoing observation. The hospital has opened up a Family Information Unit staffed by the Trauma Response team and the Department of Social Work.
