Ready for anything

Our teams at Shaare Zedek have to be ready for any situation.  To ensure this, they have regular training and special drills to make sure they all know what to do in case of an emergency.  Earlier this month the Emergency Response Teams took part in one of these drills, this time for a Toxicological Mass Casualty Event.

Giving breaks down barriers

Yichye Maslama is a 13 year old patient who lives in Beit Jallah.  He suffers from kidney disease and has been receiving treatment at Shaare Zedek Medical Centre since he was a year old.  During his time in hospital Yichye has become a big fan of Chassidic music.

Congratulations Lee!

Huge congratulations to Lee Sidney who took part in the Royal Parks 2019 Half Marathon yesterday.  He has raised a fantastic £759 for Shaare Zedek!  Thank you Lee for defying the weather and raising such needed funds for the hospital.
