Memorial Book – Submission

The Shaare Zedek Memorial Book has always played an important role in remembering our loved ones who are no longer with us.  This year it is even more poignant, as the time of year we send the book out coincides with the first anniversary of October 7th. 

This date will stay in our minds for ever more. We invite you to remember your loved ones in this very special edition as we honour the lives of those who were so tragically taken in the Hamas terror attack and the many hundreds of courageous soldiers who sacrificed their lives in service. 

For the suggested amount of £25 per name we believe our Memorial Book is an affordable and meaningful way to support our special hospital.  For an additional donation we welcome you to submit a story about your loved one. 

“As long as we live, they too will live; for they are now a part of us; as we remember them.”

Please submit the name or names of the people you wish to remember below.  We have a suggested minimum donation of £25 per name with an option to give more.
