Memorial Book – Submission

The Shaare Zedek Memorial Book is a long-standing and meaningful way for supporters to remember the lives of loved ones who are no longer with us. Each year, it becomes a shared space for reflection—a chance to honour names, legacies, and lives that continue to matter.

This year, after all that we’ve faced together, the act of remembrance feels especially important. In times like these, the simple gesture of including a name in the Memorial Book becomes a quiet but powerful way to hold on to memory—and to stand with others doing the same.

For a suggested donation of £25 per name, you can include those you wish to remember in this special publication. Your support also helps Shaare Zedek Medical Center continue its vital work.

Please submit the name(s) of those you wish to remember below. We suggest a minimum donation of £25 per name, with the option to contribute more if you wish.
