Looking for your next big adventure? Whether you are a seasoned runner, thrill seeker, or simply ready to push yourself for a great cause, we have the perfect challenge for you.

We have already sold out of our Royal Parks Half Marathon places, but are excited to offer 4 places at the Vitality London 10k taking place on Sunday 27th September 2026.

It is the perfect challenge for both new and experienced runners.

If you would like to register your interest please email emma@shaarezedek.org.uk. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come basis.

Alongside these headline events, you can also choose from hundreds of thrilling challenges through our partnership with Run for Charity. From marathons and obstacle courses to treks and skydives, you can find an adventure that suits you and support Shaare Zedek Medical Center at the same time. The best part is there is no need for us to reserve or pre pay for places, giving you complete freedom to pick the challenge you want, when you want it.

Explore upcoming events below, pick your challenge, and make your miles (or jumps, or climbs!) matter.
