Dr Ofer Merin, Shaare Zedek’s Deputy-Director and Head of Trauma is also the Commander of the IDF field hospital which has supported medical efforts in disaster zones all over the world.  In this speech at the AIPAC Policy Conference in Washington, he discusses how his team conduct the fast paced life-saving work required to support devastated communities in the wake of natural disasters
